Austere and simple version of the classic pacman, using blocks in place of ghosts.

When a game becomes famous and is deemed a classic, its legendary status is assured. But it also means that it is endlessly copied and modified. One perfect example is PacMan, and this Block Man 1.0 only serves to prove the point. As you might be able to gather by now, Block Man 1.0 isn't exactly a variant of PacMan, but has plagiarized the philosophy.

Block Man 1.0 has the typical PacMan labyrinths where you have to eat all the food, and avoid blocks (in place of ghosts) that are everywhere. In other words Block Man 1.0 has become a sort of logic puzzle instead of a fun chase game. The mechanics are the same, in hat the Block Man (now square not round) continues to eat dots, which sounds simple, but Block Man dies when he enters a space where there are no dots so you have to think carefully but quickly (as you can only move forwards not backwards). Every level brings fresh challenges and the addition of obstacles, refill pills, etc.

Block Man 1.0 is very basic and difficult at first but gets simple, but, like all these types of games, entertaining.
